Log Data

Periodically the Mobile Application automatically connects to the Service and uploads newly achieved high game scores, newly entered user account or profile information. During these connections the Mobile Application may also download information from the Service, such as, but not limited to, new user rankings, changes to Followers and Following lists, and other application or Service information, options, or statistics. During these network connections our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") from your connection session, such as, but not limited to, date and time, device model, application version, registered user account identification, and location. Connections between the Mobile Application and the Service occur automatically if it can successfully establish an internet connection when the Mobile Application launches and whenever a signed in registered user achieves a personal high score or other scores related to rankings or other competitions within the Service, and upon certain user actions within the Mobile Application, such as, but not limited to, tapping on a button to obtain player ranking information, a player profile, clicking on a web URL, etc.. When you visit the Site our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). When your Mobile Application connects to the Service this Log Data may include information such as the version of the application you are currently using, your current location, game usage statistics, newly achieved high game scores, newly chosen color schemes, members of the Service that you've newly chosen to follow, members of the Service that you've newly chosen to unfollow, members of the Service that you've newly chosen to block from following you, members of the Service that you've newly chosen to unblock from following you, search terms you use, any advertisements on which you click, and changes you've made to your user profile. When visiting the Site, this Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Mobile Application, the Site, and of our Service, and for the technical administration of these. On the Site we do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally, except in case of violation of the Terms of Service

Usage and Statistical Data Stored In the Mobile Application

The Mobile Application internally stores data such application usage, game scoring, and current color scheme choice, on your mobile device which is transmitted to and recorded by the Service whenever the Mobile Application automatically connects. This facilitates registered player high scores and current color scheme choice made while the Mobile Application was not connected to the Service via an established internet connection (usage while offline) to transmit that stored data to the Service when an internet connection is established. The Service uses data that is periodically transmitted by the Mobile Application to calculate game score rankings and color scheme usage rankings which are made available to users of the Mobile Application. Information on the high scores, ranking, and current color scheme choice associated with individual registered users of the Service will be made publicly accessible. Profiles of registered Service users will display this information. If you do not want this high score, ranking, and color scheme choice information made public, you may sign out of your registered Service user account and use the Mobile Application in the Local/Anonymous mode. In the Local/Anonymous mode, the Mobile Application will record high score and current color scheme choice for use locally only within the Mobile Application and not transmit this data to the Service. In Local/Anonymous mode you will still be able to access, browse, and see the game high scores, rankings, current color scheme choices of registered and signed in Service users.

Mobile Application usage statistics

Certain data internally stored in the Mobile Application such as application and feature usage statistics may be automatically transmitted to Jampaq to be used for analysis and improvement of the Mobile Application. This data will made publicly available in the Service in a manner that ties it to specific individuals, but aggregated and anonymized tabulations may be made publicly available.
